Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement employee relations policies, goals, and objectives Lead performance management initiatives, including training sessions and coaching Enhance employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and training programs Required Qualifications: Experience in developing and implementing employee relations programs Knowledge of performance management policies and best practices Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs Ability to assess and improve employee engagement strategies Non-profit experience is a plus
