A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members for increased enrollment and program completion rates Actively conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily Enroll 25 or more of all connected leads and maintain high customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching Experience working with CRMs and Customer Services tools Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to quickly absorb new information Experience in roles with direct daily interactions with older adults is a plus
