A company is looking for a Membership Onboarding Manager. Key Responsibilities: Execute the Membership Onboarding program, engage new members through events and welcome calls Collaborate with various teams to standardize onboarding events and ensure program awareness Manage contracts for in-person events, develop relationships with Chapters and Regions, and maintain reporting on onboarding metrics Qualifications: 5+ years of program management experience leading multiple projects 2+ years collaborating in a global multi-cultural environment with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams Experience in association or membership organization, familiarity with CRM solutions Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for in-person events
