Key Responsibilities: Facilitate executive level workshops and translate business requirements into prioritized outcomes Lead customers in process definition and mapping, and develop plans for improved efficiency Collaborate with Solution and/or Technical Architects to develop project implementation plans Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow CSM/FSM platform Minimum of five years as a client-facing technical consultant customizing software Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms Bachelor?s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science ServiceNow CSA, CIS, and ITIL Foundations certifications preferred
