The position will also lead the financial planning and budgeting process in conjunction with the CEO, COO and managers.    Key Responsibilities   Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, budgeting process and accounting functions Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles and will be accountable for the timely financial statements as required by a publicly traded company Manage cash flow and forecasting.  Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes thresholds to meet operating needs Oversee and present the long-term financial plans, budgets and cost management in alignment with established strategic plan, especially as the organization considers collaborations with external organizations Assess organizational performance against both the annual and long-term strategies of the business Be the principal contact for all landlords of leased property to include supporting the CEO on all negotiations Engage the board, finance, audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors, investment advisors) Mentor and develop staff The position will be responsible for the oversight of Human Resources, Facilities, Legal and IT
