A company is looking for an Account Coordinator & Operations Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage timelines and work plans for client projects, coordinating with team members
Support day-to-day operations tasks, including managing internal data systems and vendor invoices
Assist project teams with research analysis and client communications, creating strategy deliverables
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination
Experience working on multi-racial teams with a commitment to racial justice and equity
Ability to break larger projects into smaller tasks and proactively communicate with team members
Flexibility to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment
(Bonus) Fluency in Spanish and English
