A company is looking for an Account Management Operations Coordinator to support the Account Management team in operational tasks and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Account Management Department and facilitate process improvements
Design and maintain custom reports on account activity and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery to clients
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a support role, preferably in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Service
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Zoom
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
