A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support the finance area and Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general non-profit accounting functions, including cash receipts, disbursements, and bank reconciliations
Oversee full cycle revenue processing and maintain financial records, including vendor payments and 1099 issuance
Coordinate payroll and human resource functions, including onboarding and employee reimbursements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required with a minimum of five years of related experience
Experience with non-profit accounting and financial audits is a plus
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
