Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of accounting clerks, including performance evaluation and professional development
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Maintain and organize the administrator accounting email, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
Required Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent education experience
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Availability to work full USA hour shifts in EST time zones
High-speed Wi-Fi connection
