A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily shipments and bill invoices to customers
Assist in entering customer payments and resolving debit memos
Produce statements of accounts and support monthly reports and closings
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional working environment
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations
Knowledge of freight terms such as BOL, FFA, and FOB
Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is a plus
