Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective user support and issue resolution related to fundraising systems Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for fundraising staff Ensure data integrity, compliance, and support system enhancements and user adoption Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of one year of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, training, or customer support Experience in using or supporting Salesforce or other nonprofit CRM systems Basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles and practices Familiarity with data entry and management best practices
