Job Description - Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician
A company is looking for a Bilingual Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician (Full-time, Remote, North Carolina Based).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic screenings, triage, and referrals for individuals seeking mental health services
Make clinical triage decisions and ensure timely connections to appropriate services
Engage with community emergency services and provide oversight for calls managed by overflow vendors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master?s degree in a Human Services field
Minimum of three years of post-degree experience in mental health support services
Bilingual (clinically fluent) in Spanish and English
Current, active behavioral license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board (LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS, LPA, LMFT)
Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and treatment modalities
