Job Description - Bilingual Ilocano Patient Care Manager
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Ilocano) Remote Patient Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with patients as their primary point of contact
Conduct regular follow-up calls to motivate patients and assess their health-related goals
Document all client encounters and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED
Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Healthcare experience is preferred but not necessary
Proficiency in Ilocano and Tagolog is required
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
