Job Description - California Licensed Hospice Case Manager
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate hospice documentation, including physician orders and certifications
Contact hospice providers and members to verify and coordinate care
Enter pseudo authorizations into the managed care system
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Candidate must be located in California
Minimum of 3 years of hospice experience
Managed care and case management experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation requirements
