A company is looking for a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Security and Incident Management Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow, focusing on Security Operations and Incident Management
Design and implement solutions related to ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management
Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically in Security Operations and Incident Management
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management best practices and design principles
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows
2+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology
Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity standard frameworks, controls, technology, and solutions
