A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume caregiver recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer, including screening resumes and conducting interviews
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system workflow
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
Experience hiring 40+ employees per month
Associate degree or higher
Experience in healthcare strongly preferred
Ability to pass a federal background check
