A company is looking for a Client Manager (English / Spanish) to build and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers
Monitor client performance, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in customer relations or account management, preferably in SaaS
Excellent account management experience with enterprises and governmental agencies
Technology savvy with experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
Bachelor?s degree required
Fluency in both English and Spanish
