A company is looking for a Client Manager for their US team to manage VAT compliance matters for clients with business activities in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships
Handle client and tax authority requests related to tax compliance processes
Deliver product training and assist with onboarding new clients on the LumaTax platform
Required Qualifications
6+ years of VAT compliance experience
Detailed understanding of SUT compliance processes for US states
Strong understanding of US sales and use tax rules and principles
Previous experience with tax technology or a strong interest in the area
Fluent in English
