Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in client services, preferably in finance or higher education
Proficiency in the Microsoft Ecosystem (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
Ability to write professional client correspondence with clarity and professionalism
Located in specific states or working remotely from designated areas
