A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support Client Services with various operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support Client Success Managers with listing construction, product implementation, and service ticket resolution Conduct daily quality assurance audits and manage data entry and migrations within internal systems Identify product improvement opportunities and present performance metrics in QBR meetings Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in Property Management or PropTech Experience with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, or AppFolio Familiarity with Salesforce and syndication feeds is preferred Experience with Excel and Google Sheets Start-up experience is preferred
