A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join their textbook adoption sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships with faculty and academic departments to ensure satisfaction
Drive repeat adoptions and collaborate with professors on textbook and courseware recommendations
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased client engagement and account growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in higher education or publishing
Familiarity with the higher education landscape and textbook adoption process
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis
