Key Responsibilities Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints Manage warranty claims from receipt to delivery of repair or replacement Coordinate spare part orders and track service orders to ensure timely delivery Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of three years? aerospace sales or administrative experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in managing time effectively under deadlines Ability to read and interpret RFQs and statements of work Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
