A company is looking for a Clinical Training and Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for new and existing clinical staff
Assess and analyze clinical processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent relevant experience
1-3 years of experience in leading process change
Familiarity with addiction treatment programs is preferred
Experience with various computer applications; tech-savvy required
Polished and professional presentation and communication skills
