A company is looking for a part-time Compensation Consultant to support clients in developing compensation strategies and structures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop compensation strategies aligned with client goals
Analyze and design client compensation programs and pay grade structures
Prepare compensation market assessment reports and presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in human resource management or related field
5+ years of compensation administration experience
HRCI or SHRM certification desired but not required
Strong proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
