Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks
Process payroll, manage stipends, and assist with tax filings and audits
Handle vendor payments and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with payroll systems
Experience working for an international non-profit organization is a plus
Familiarity with multi-entity financial structures is a plus
Experience with nonprofit accounting and tax filings is a plus
