A company is looking for a Junior Customer Care Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user queries related to pre-sales, product discovery, purchasing, installation, and product usage
Verify customer accounts, manage license transfers, and provide webshop support
Capture and report customer insights to enhance user experience and refine customer care processes
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Native Instruments products and policies; knowledge of iZotope, Brainworx, and Plugin Alliance is a plus
Experience with both PC and Mac platforms, including knowledge of macOS and Windows
Previous experience in customer service
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
