A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of their enterprise customer base. Key Responsibilities Own customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal Define and demonstrate the value delivered to customers while monitoring engagement and effectiveness Manage customer escalations and track metrics to maintain customer health scorecards Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields within a high growth technology firm (preferably SaaS) Proven track record managing six to seven-figure engagements with enterprise customers Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Experience in a high growth environment and ability to navigate through ambiguity
