A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success within their support client?s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client partnerships and lead discussions about renewals or change orders
Develop knowledge of Workday products to guide customers in maximizing their investment
Serve as the escalation point for customers and collaborate with project teams for successful delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer partnerships
