Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust and identifying opportunities
Review the customer journey and provide consultative support to help clients achieve goals
Collaborate with project teams and prepare documentation to analyze customer performance
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in Finance, Business Valuation, Account Management, or Customer Success
Ability to work remotely and autonomously
Experience in Customer Success or studies in Finance, ideally in the valuation sphere
Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset
Fluent or native English proficiency
