A company is looking for a Rider Support Team Member.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, shipping, returns, and loyalty programs
Collaborate with logistics, techs, suppliers, and order management teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Continuously learn about customer policies and procedures to provide accurate support
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries
Ability to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree is a plus
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM required
