A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient support
Assist clients in understanding platform functionality and tools
Investigate and troubleshoot internal and customer-reported issues while logging defects and providing follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service position, preferably within the SaaS industry
Experience with writing simple conditional logic to manage data effectively
Familiarity with a ticketing system, such as Zendesk, Zoho Desk, or Intercom
Experience with Jira and Looker is a plus
Ability to excel independently and in a team environment
