A company is looking for a Finance Controller to ensure financial integrity and compliance in operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with DCAA requirements and federal contracting regulations
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes
Provide financial support for project-based contracts and generate regular financial reports for decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the government contracting industry
Proven experience with DCAA compliance and working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
Expertise in financial software such as UNANET or similar
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
