A company is looking for a Deliverability Consultant - Americas to join their Messaging Operations team. Key Responsibilities Complete operational tasks such as building ramp ups, handling customer support requests, and compliance Provide consulting to customers experiencing deliverability challenges and recommend best practices Assist in developing and maintaining deliverability standards and represent the company at industry events Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in email deliverability at an ESP or brand-side Detailed knowledge of factors affecting email deliverability Working knowledge of DNS, especially SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or similar Experience with digital messaging knowledge outside of email is a plus
