A company is looking for a Departmental Technician 7-E9 to support the Collection Services Bureau.
Key Responsibilities
Contact non-compliant taxpayers and their representatives regarding delinquent accounts
Review and evaluate documents submitted by taxpayers for debt resolution
Research and compile documentation for Corporate Officer Liability and recommend actions for debt resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school education or equivalent
One year of experience in administrative support activities at the 7-level or higher in state service
Completion of two years of college may substitute for the experience requirement at the 7-level
Bachelor?s degree may substitute for the experience requirement at the 8-level
Possession of a Bachelor?s degree and one year of job-related experience may substitute for the experience requirement at the E9 level
