A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead and execute development strategies for fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, overseeing donor development and stewardship
Manage CRM database to support development activities and prepare regular reports for leadership
Research and cultivate relationships with donors and business partners to secure funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fundraising or development role
Bachelor?s degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
Proven track record of successful multichannel development campaigns
High level of proficiency with development software and CRM systems
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors and stakeholders
