Key Responsibilities
Design conversion-focused email creative for various lifecycle marketing efforts
Create digital content optimized for key performance metrics like click-through and conversion rates
Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to ensure brand creative vision is executed effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a digital graphic designer in a creative in-house environment
Relevant industry experience in subscription, beauty, or DTC strongly preferred
Solid portfolio showcasing design skills, including typography and layout
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or other design tools
Bonus if experienced with CSS and HTML
