Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Admissions Department and supervise Admissions Representatives
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to improve team proficiency and morale
Analyze departmental data to set strategic plans and meet admissions goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years combined work experience in business, customer service, education, or sales management, including 5 years in management positions
Experience managing remote employees
Proficient computer skills and effective analytical skills
Proven results in achieving company objectives and goals
