Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a centralized intake process to enhance client evaluations and efficiency
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of intake associates and therapists while developing training programs
Oversee daily operations of the intake team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required
5+ years of experience in intake and admissions functions within healthcare
Extensive experience in building and managing centralized teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems, ideally Kipu
Strong project management skills and knowledge of behavioral health services
