Key Responsibilities
Oversee client success and satisfaction, ensuring clients achieve profitability and renewals
Manage and develop Client Success Managers and coaching team members
Implement feedback systems and improve communication processes for client support
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in client success and team leadership
Experience in digital marketing and managing coaching programs
Knowledge of behavioral psychology and NLP techniques
Familiarity with coaching influencers such as Tony Robbins or Brendan Burchard
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
