A company is looking for a Director of People and Culture to build their people strategy and support recruitment and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers on job postings, candidate sourcing, and selection
Develop and manage onboarding processes to enhance new hire engagement
Plan and lead culture initiatives that align with core values and promote inclusivity
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
Experience in a tech or fast-paced startup environment
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Energetic and adaptable with a passion for team development
Experience with Organizational Behavior Management practices is an advantage
