A company is looking for an E-Learning Support Specialist I to manage daily support for learning management systems and exam platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students
Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams and courses within the LMS
Conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent industry experience of 1-3 years
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ability to work as part of a virtual team
Technologically independent
Must successfully pass a background check
