A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to drive client success through effective project management and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with client needs
Identify opportunities for additional services to foster long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in project management, client engagement, or a similar role
3+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple projects
Experience in a technical or IT-related industry is a plus
