A company is looking for a Deep Editor (Fiction).
Key Responsibilities
Perform a full suite of editorial services, from Developmental Editing to Proofreading
Read novels and Editorial Briefs to develop comprehensive editing plans
Collaborate with authors to restructure and rewrite books to meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience editing professional English-language fiction
Deep understanding and love for the Romance genre, especially contemporary, fantasy, and erotica
Ability to work collaboratively with authors and internal teams
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working autonomously
