A company is looking for a Finance Support Coordinator (Eastern US) to assist the Debt and Equity team in the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks related to deal transactions and coordinate with lenders, clients, and vendors
Serve as the point of contact for clients during pre-closing processes and ensure loan packages are complete
Perform market research, maintain company databases, and manage the deal flow pipeline
Required Qualifications
Real Estate and/or Finance background preferred
Experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or escrow assistant is highly valued
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
High integrity and strong work ethic
