A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator I to provide exceptional customer service and manage key department functions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, physicians, and internal departments
Execute timely follow-up with customers and accurately log communications in systems
Identify opportunities for improved services to meet customer needs and ensure consistency across functions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience; Associates or Bachelor?s degree preferred
0-2 years of experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
Familiarity with basic medical and insurance terminology preferred
Experience with CRM and documentation management systems preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
