A company is looking for an HR Consultant I - Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative support for HR issues and initiatives impacting leaders and teammates
Interpret policies and procedures, advising management on employment actions and legal risks
Consult with leaders to develop HR solutions and manage HR programs and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor?s Degree required
2 years of related experience required; 2 years in Human Resources preferred
HR certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS systems
Fluency in English is required
