A company is looking for a Head of Legal to provide expert legal guidance in innovative financial transactions and energy transition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all legal aspects of financing initiatives related to EV-specific asset classes
Structure, negotiate, and close tax equity and asset-backed financing transactions
Advise cross-functional teams on legal strategy, compliance, and risk management
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in complex financial transactions
Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating tax equity transactions
Strong background in asset-backed financing or securitization, preferably in the automotive or renewable energy sector
Demonstrated ability to advise on compliance and regulatory matters related to energy transition finance models
