Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on people-related matters
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and onboarding programs
Champion and evolve company culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in recruiting
Experience working with PEO and knowledge of labor laws/regulations
Prior startup experience in healthcare is a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and ambiguity
