Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a recruiting strategy aligned with company growth goals

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
Familiarity with international recruiting, particularly in the US and Korea
Strong track record of scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
Exceptional data literacy and experience with recruitment metrics
