A company is looking for an Implementation Auditor to perform in-depth plan coding and testing of health insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities
Verify accuracy of claims payments against Summary Plan Descriptions
Test new plans prior to production and collaborate with programmers on system updates
Identify process inefficiencies and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improvements
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Business or related field
Three to five years of experience as a medical/dental claims auditor or in plan testing
Exceptional understanding of summary plan descriptions of employee benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in conducting research and presenting complex information
